What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in content, graphic or brand design.
• A portfolio showing original campaign, editorial or social media design.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• The ability to develop original ideas instead of relying on ready-made templates.
• Someone who handles feedback well, communicates clearly and respects deadlines.

• A practical understanding of UX writing, conversion copy and SEO fundamentals.

WhiteFrame is looking for a Webflow Developer who cares about the final 5% as much as the first 95%. You’ll turn approved designs into fast, responsive and maintainable websites while handling CMS architecture, interactions, integrations and the details that make a build feel professional.

• Build responsive, pixel-accurate Webflow websites from approved Figma designs.
• Create clean class structures, reusable components and scalable CMS collections.
• Develop interactions and animations using Webflow, GSAP and custom JavaScript where needed.
• Set up forms, analytics and relevant third-party integrations.
• Optimize every build for accessibility, SEO, performance and maintainability.
• Test across browsers and devices, fix issues and document the final setup.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience building production-ready websites in Webflow.
• A strong portfolio of live Webflow projects with clear personal contributions.
• Deep knowledge of Webflow CMS, components, interactions and responsive layouts.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills with practical JavaScript experience.
• Experience with GSAP and custom-code integrations is highly valued.
• Someone who communicates clearly, notices small issues and takes ownership before handoff.
